ShockWiz Rental Terms & Conditions
A completed booking form and full payment is to be taken before rental of the ShockWiz will commence.
The hirer is responsible for the care of the ShockWiz and all provided accessories and components during the hire period.
Any delay in returning the ShockWiz after the rental period has ended will be charged at £10 per day unless otherwise agreed.
The repair/replacement of any damaged or missing components must be paid for by the hirer.
The hirer is required to follow the usage instructions in the ShockWiz User Manual, particularly the maintenance section.
The hirer will need a device capable of interacting with the ShockWiz unit via the Shockwiz app.
If the hirer encounters any problems using the ShockWiz they should consult us immediately to remedy the issue.
The hirer is responsible for the installation and removal of the ShockWiz and all accessories and components.
Highland Bike Academy is not responsible for any damage(s) to you or your property as a result of using the ShockWiz or any of its components or accessories.
- Suspension tuning is not a substitute for good maintenance and servicing. No amount of tuning will get a poorly maintained suspension component working at optimum performance.
